Vendor Information

By purchasing a Vendor Ticket for Norwich Card Expo, you agree to the following terms:

1. General Conduct

• All vendors must check in with the event host upon arrival for setup instructions and table location.

• Respectful and professional behaviour is required at all times toward event staff, fellow vendors, and guests.

• No abusive, disruptive, or discriminatory behaviour will be tolerated. The event team reserves the right to remove any vendor who breaches these standards.

2. Setup & Equipment

• Vendors are not permitted to bring their own tables — tables are provided by the event.

• Tablecloths are recommended to enhance presentation, but not supplied.

• No moving or swapping tables without prior approval from event staff.

• Vendors must ensure that all rubbish, packaging, and display materials are removed or disposed of properly at the end of the event.

• Power access is not guaranteed — please plan accordingly if you require lighting or devices.

3. Trading Rules

• Vendors are responsible for the safety, legality, and authenticity of all products sold or traded.

• The event organisers are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to goods, money, or personal belongings during the event.

• Children under 16 may only trade if accompanied by an adult.

  • If a child attempts to trade without an adult, the trade must be paused until an adult is present.

• All trading must occur within your allocated space and not in aisles or communal areas.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Vendor tickets are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including non-attendance.

• In the unlikely event that the Norwich Card Expo is postponed or cancelled by organisers, your booking will automatically be transferred to the new event date or a full refund offered.

5. Liability & Safety

• Vendors participate at their own risk. Norwich Card Expo and its organisers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event.

• All vendors must comply with venue health & safety policies and any directions given by event staff.

• Any electrical items brought to the event must be PAT tested and safe for public use.

6. Photography & Promotion

• By attending, vendors consent to photos and videos being taken at the event, which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by Norwich Card Expo.

• If you do not wish to be featured, please notify the event host in advance.
